Access, correction, and portability
Use Settings → Privacy to review or export available data. Email privacy@soberplusone.com if the automated tools do not cover what you need.
Erasure, restriction, and objection
Request deletion from Settings or contact privacy@soberplusone.com. You may also ask us to restrict processing or object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to applicable exceptions.
Consent and sensitive data
Where we rely on consent—including optional public recovery-related profile details—you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
Complaints
Contact privacy@soberplusone.com first so we can respond. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live. We do not claim that a statutory Data Protection Officer has been appointed unless one is named in this notice.
